Automatic Reservation Markers

The Reservation Markers feature allows you to manually indicate that specific reservations are "important", "flagged", "starred" or "warning" and track those markers across the customer journey.

Under Reservations->Automatic Reservation Markers, you also have the ability to add automation rules that match specific email addresses on new bookings as they come in, and automatically attach markers to them.

This can be useful to give your team a heads up about VIP's, customers who need a little extra help, or those who have repeatedly caused problems in the past:

At the top of each event on your calendar:


At the top of the Event Detail screen:


And below each reservation as you check guests in:
