Starboard Suite tries to help you keep good records of everything you do.
To assist with that, most types of records (events, price levels, employees, etc) can be de-activated (archived) rather than deleted, so they're easy to restore if you need them again later.
Restoring with the Activate button
Navigate to the relevant record list
Above the "Active" menu, toggle the filter from True to All
Locate your record by browsing or searching
Click the checkmark to restore it
Restoring from the detail view
You can also restore an item from within the detail view.
Navigate to the relevant record list
Above the "Active" menu, toggle the filter from True to All
Locate your record by browsing or searching
Edit the inactive record
Set "Active" to "True"
Save + Done
Restoring a de-activated event
While the methods above will work for all items (including events in the Events List), sometimes it's handy to see inactive events on your calendar before restoring them.
To temporarily view inactivate events on your calendar:
Navigate to Admin->System Configuration->Calendar: Admin
Set "Show Inactive Events" to "True"
Save + Done
Now you'll see your inactivate events on your calendar, and you can restore them as needed.
When you're done restoring events, keep your calendar clean by setting "Show Inactive Events" to back to "False"
