In addition to first and last names, you can (optionally) collect "group names" for bookings.
For large groups comprised of multiple reservations, this is a great way to keep track of their affiliation.
For corporate customers, it's a great place to keep track of their company name as well.
If you'd rather not see the group name field at all, it can be de-activated completely in System Configuration.
