Displaying (or hiding) your availability on the public calendar

You can determine when customers see your availability numbers on the public calendar by adjusting the value in:
Admin->System Configuration->Show Availability Threshold

You can adjust this setting to show your availability: always, never, or only when a certain percentage of seats are still remaining.

------

Enter a whole number between 0-100 to indicate the percent threshold you'd like an event to reach before we show the number of seats remaining.

  • If you enter "0", availability will never be displayed.

  • If you enter "100", availability will always be displayed.
    We'll use a format the availability message as, "55 available".

  • If you enter any other number, customers will only see availability after that percentage of seats is remaining.

    Eg, if you enter "20" the public calendar will only show the number of seats available for a given trip when 20% or fewer tickets are remaining.

    We'll use a format the availability message as, "only 7 left!"

-------------

Advanced notes:

You can control this behavior in a more granular way by setting different availability thresholds for event types.

If you set a threshold for a given event type, it will override the global setting in System Configuration.
