Email and SMS templates
You can create reusable templates for frequently used messages that you send via email or SMS.
You'll find the template selector at the top of the email and SMS windows:
You can create new templates by clicking the "plus" sign:
And, employees with manager-level permissions and above can access your templates under the Communications menu:
Your templates also support field codes like "event-name" and "departure-date-time".
If you add field codes to your templates, we'll populate them with the correct information when you use that template.
You can see a complete list of field codes by clicking an "info icon".
Emailing customers directly
Clicking a customer email address anywhere in your Control Panel uses the same messaging system, so you can use templates when you email customers directly as well.
