Employee accounts can be managed in your Control Panel under Admin->Employees.

Creating new employees

When creating new employee accounts, we encourage you to leave the password field empty. We'll send the employee an email invitation with a temporary password that they can set to one of their choosing.

Re-sending email invitations

If you'd like to send a fresh email invitation to an existing employee, just follow these steps, and we'll send them a temporary password just as we do for a new employee:

  1. Edit their employee record

  2. Delete their existing password

  3. Save + Done

Self-service password reset

Employees can also reset their own password using the "Forgot your password?" link on the log-in screen.
